2. Accounts
You can shop as a guest or create an account with your mobile number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by them.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we accept it (usually immediately). We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect it is fraudulent or if stock is unavailable.
5. Payments
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Online card and mobile payments (bKash, Nagad) will be available soon. For COD, please pay the exact amount to the courier on delivery.
6. Returns and exchanges
Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details. In short, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
