1. Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery times
Inside Dhaka city: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days, depending on your district. Delivery times may extend during campaigns and public holidays.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery is free for orders above ৳2,000. Below that, a flat ৳60 applies inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Online card and mobile payment options (bKash, Nagad) are coming soon.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
6. Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unreachable or the address is incorrect, we will retry once. After a second failed attempt, the order is cancelled and a refund is issued if payment was made in advance.
